Responsibilities:

Candidate should have experience setting up Benefit programs (Plans – via the Ben Admin tool), lots of experience on 8.8 is important as they are still on this version.

Setting up the health benefits plans, things like medical, dental, vision, life insurance and that they set up new plans and rules regarding what group of employee receive what plans.

As well as know how to deal with setting up medical, dental, vision plans that are paid for after tax and a version that can be paid for before tax, etc.”
