JOB DESCRIPTION:



The Contractor will follow industry accepted Business Analysis methodologies in all aspects of the Work, and will assist DHS by completing the tasks and deliverables



Contractor will prepare and deliver business process documents necessary to complete the work, such as activity diagrams, business process workflows, requirements analysis, use case development, activity diagrams, work flow design, test planning, test data design and test script development.



Refine the financial and benefit case periodically as well as event-driven to enable detailed tracking.



Refine and map key indicators and metrics to detailed business case to enable benefits tracking.



Maintain the detailed framework which was developed early in the program to enable benefits tracking and realization.



Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect data in connection with tracking and reporting the business case and variances.



Contribute as key SME for overall business case and benefits case related activities.



This person should be an expert in developing financial cost benefits analysis using ratios such as NPV, IRR, Payback period, etc. for complex and large technology programs. Apart from developing the financial models, this person should be able to effectively communicate the contents of the models to both financial and non-financial managers.
