Hai everyone, Im srinivas 2009 B.E in electronics passout ,still looking for a job in software development side.
Ive attended many interviews but im getting rejected in gd or technical or hr rounds .the reason behind my setback is lack of commmunication skills and technical skills .
So im planning to join iPRIMED Education Solutions Pvt Ltd to get a job
can one please suggest me am i taking a right decision

I can understand your frustration,I suggest you to take time and think about your potential,

Regarding IPRIMED I dont have much info to comment but when i visited there site i can see they are NASSCOM members ,Hopefully they are good at there services,but one thing i want to remind you is that NO INSTITUTE WILL provide any job because you took course in there institute ,they can send you to some companies that they have tied up,at the end its you who has to perform confidently in the interview,SO IF YOU ARE THINKING I PRIMED WILL GET JOB the i recommend you to drop this decision.
If communication is the problem I suggest you check about Prakruthi N Banavasi English coaching center and regarding technical skill no one can help unless you put in ur effort and learn the technologies...

Since im 2009 passout, how can i compete with 2010 graduates ?? will i get call from mncs for software posts ?
what advice would u like to give me
how can i move on ?
what are the steps need to be taken so that i get job in a good mnc?

Best ppl to help u on this regards is to ask ppl who r in iprimed. get in touch with them under 'iprimed' communities on facebook or orkut. And do leme know what u decide, cause even i need something like this.
