Hi friends,
I have been selected to accenture and they have given testing job.
I basically love and my passion is coding that is developer. I m thinking to leave the job. Since they have give mainframes, java, informaticas developer to most non-IT ppl. ppl say it is difficult to shift from testing to developer. I m thinking to quit the job.

Yeah me too working in testing in tech mahindra.. ppl wil low scores in training have got development.. searchin for other jobs...

I dont understand why you guys think testing job is LOW GRADE ??? Please change your attitude ,Testing has its own Scope in IT Industry...With out testing NO SOFTWARE COMES OUT TO MARKET.

Dont leave the company unless u get an offer from other company.Dont think testing is low grade.For a fresher its very difficult to get a perfect coding job.
