I am an MCA Graduate 2009 Passout. Still searching for a job. Presently working as Lecturer.

My question is, can an MCA Graduate get jobs in HR(IT) as beginner. Are there openings for these posts..

The main reason is, i have fed up of not answering like Data Structures and i am not an Hardcore programmer.

I am not too bad in Data Structures. I know the concept but cant write programs..please help me in this regard...
