Let me first congratulate for new position at IBM. I would recommend you work for more than 4 years to understand the area of specialisation you would to pursue during MBA. It has to be a logical extension to the present job.

There are courses related to IT and Systems offered by Best B-School in India. I am not sure why did you mention IIMS? If you are aiming for best start your preparation next year onwards. I would advice you to conc of learning at moment at IBM.
