Now a days most companies prefer minimum 60% and no MNC will hire u if u have less than 60% until unless u have some special technical skills.for you i can suggest 2 things.

1.Dont just rely on MNCs try to join some good product based software development company even if it small or medium no issues but before joining make sure company is good and have good clients.

2.Try doing some certification course like CCNA or Data Warehousing if you are financially strong since it may cost something around 40-50k,but I wont promise you that u will surely get JOB in MNC but u can give it a try.so its up to you to decide further.
