hi friends, i m BE graduate fresher. i got placed in hp referal interview which was held at surya park blore on jun 5. tht day 33 of them got placed.. in tht list hp guys have called for doj nd hv given offer letter for first 17 of them and rest of us hve been put on hold...if i call them they say tht ur application has gone for approval, once it has been approved we will send d offer letter it seems..i m very much worried abt whether i will get d job or not ? its already been 2 months..since i m 2008 passed out i m nt getting any openings also... pls help me wht to do, really fed up...

As per my knowledge either 2 possibilities are there

1.Either they have closed the positions with top 17 members out of 33
2.Else They might have put on hold but I am not sure that they are going to call after 2+ months ,so you can keep that as optional and try searching new job

Nothing like HP company or that company..all companies are business minded ...Not at all emp friendly..plz keep other options open and do go by one company...i am telling bcs i myself had faced this horrible situation from a TOP IT Outsourcing company...they are alllll same

in which company did they do like that. if call that HR ppl they are telling that will surely send u offer letter. they are sayin that they r waitin for approval from headcom... itseems.
